Dr. Gomez is super knowledgeable, very down to earth, always makes sure his patients are at ease, and is happy to answer any questions. Aracely is a wonderful member of the team and always ensures patient comfort. Patty and Bertha do a great job at the front, always keeping a great attitude and are happy to help with scheduling. You can tell the entire practice cares and that they want to provide excellent, affordable service to the community.

The doctor that did my root canal did a perfect job and the dentist (M. Belivand) did a perfect job on my crown. I felt super safe and well cared for the whole time, and they were very willing to answer questions and talk with me. The crown fits perfect! She test fitted it and made little adjustments like ten times just to make sure the fit and ability to floss it were perfect! Great attention to detail and couldn't be happier with the experience and the work done. I have a thousand dollar partial-coverage insurance plan (bad insurance) and I ended up paying just over $2,000 for the root canal and crown. They offer a payment plan but it costs an extra $300 to do the payment plan, and you have to pay up front in order to get the work done.

Yesterday, I had my wisdom teeth removed at Grand Parkway Smiles by Dr. Gomez, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, the front desk staff was welcoming and made the process easy. Dr. Gomez took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions thoroughly.

The procedure itself was quick and went smoother than I expected. I felt like I was in great hands the entire time. The team provided clear aftercare instructions, and my recovery has been much easier than I anticipated.

Overall, the entire team was professional, kind, and they made what I thought would be a stressful procedure feel simple. I highly recommend Dr. Gomez and Grand Parkway Smiles for wisdom teeth removal or any other dental work!

OMG! I've been looking for the perfect Dentist, and for the last few days, Ive been reading thousands of reviews for my emergency dental needs. And boy oh boy! Am I glad I choose Grand Pkwy Smiles Katy! First impressions is everything and everlasting. Man oh Man did this office leave an impression from start to finish Starting the front desk the young lady
( Ms. Bertha) at the front desk is very sweet, welcoming and knowledgeable. Then I go to the back with the dental assistance that worked with Dr Mahboubeh Belivand) today Sorry I don't remember the beautiful Dental Assistance Name ( I wasn't feeling to well and in a lot of pain) Buttttt! Babe! The dental Assistant explained everything in details, She is so sweet, caring, kind, she showed so much care and compassion, the dental assistant assured I stayed warm by bringing me a blanket, dental assistant made sure I was comfortable throughout rhe whole process. She adjusted my chair as Iwaited for the dr. Dr.Belivand is very nice and kind, doc came in very professional, showed so much care compassion, explaining everything in details down to the tee. Doc kept checking in on me to see if I had any questions concerns. Doc gave me different options for my care that I was pleased with. Doc didn't just come in like some dentis do and say WHELP! this is what I see on xrays this is the only option ( treatment plan) And to top it off the prices are very reasonable .i was shocked with very reasonable prices with everI needed done I was pleased. Thanks to the entire team there in Katy, you all made this visit a pleasant experience, although it's the dentist office when you're not feeling well compassion, integrity, care ,patience and understanding, and Kindness is so important. They did all of that at This Grand Pkwy Smiles Katy location. I will definitely be back and definitely will be sending folks your way. I work in the medical field, Patients is always looking for a good dental facility that shows care & passion and don't just treat patients like a number. They really do care here! ♥️

Great experience overall. I got all four wisdom teeth extracted and had a speedy recovery with no complications. Dr. Gomez is very friendly and informative. Bertha is very knowledgeable and quick. The team is very good at making you feel comfortable and they are very welcoming as well as answer any questions. Araceli Denise osvany and asela were great at taking care of me.

Long story short, 2018 I first started going to Dr Bosse. Shortly there after, I moved 3.5 hours away and was not able to find the the quality of service where I live. So, fast forward, 3.5 hours I drive to Katy for not only the quality, and compassion, but for the friendly staff. Thank you Dr. Bosse, his assistant Araceli and the rest of the staff, Bertha and Pati. Best decision I made was to return to your office.

I would strongly encourage patients to go get a second opinion. I’ve seen three dentist for my concern to get different prices and just be sure that opinions just about aligned before undergoing a big procedure. This was the first to suggest like three root canals and a bridge….. seemed like the goal was making money not painter safety. So my recommendation is to get a second opinion when seeing this doctor : )

I went in with facial swelling and received fast, professional treatment at a reasonable price. This was my first root canal, and both doctors did an excellent job making the procedure smooth and comfortable. Aracely and Bertha were also helpful and supportive throughout the process. Recently switched my boys to this office! Best decision I ever made! I totally love this place! Everyone was so welcoming the second we walked through the door. Check in process with Bertha was super easy and smooth, she is very sweet! Check out process with Pati was fabulous, she answered all my questions. The hygienist Sandra did a great job with their cleanings! All the assistants Aracely, Asela, Denise, and Osbany were so helpful and welcoming! Dr. Gomez and Dr. Ngo were great also! Absolute pros! Kindest, most understanding and professional dentist experience I’ve had. As an adult who neglected his oral health for far too long it was intimidating to finally seek professional help, but they were patient and kind with me! Bertha and Pati are so incredibly friendly and welcoming, Osvany was stellar with his x-rays, and Dr. Gomez took the time to explain the procedures to me and ensure I was comfortable and informed. 10/10 amazing place. I wish I could give this dentist a 1000 star review! All of the staff or so sweet, professional, and knowledgeable. I walked in hopeless, and walked out hopeful! I can’t wait until my procedure is 100% done. I can’t think of the dentist I saw but he was a younger guy and he was amazing! He makes his patient feel comfortable and he made sure to explain everything so that you leave with no unanswered questions. I want to give a special thanks to the lady at the front desk named Bertha! She was so sweet, professional, and answered all questions that I have. She’s amazing at what she does. If you’re having any doubts about a dentist in Katy, this place is the BEST place to be. I will update my review again once my procedure is complete.

We finally found a great Dentist who is an Expert in ALL aspects of dental work needed. Dr David Gomez & his Assistant Osvany provided superb care with an extraction, bone graft & implant for my deaf sister. Grateful to have found him.
We received a friendly greeting & check in from Bertha & an easy check out process with Pati.
We were treated like family!

I had a great experience at grand parkway smiles from the moment I got there until the moment I left their facility. Berta at the front desk is very nice and friendly.
I was under the care of Dr. Gomez - He made me feel at ease by telling me that I could raise my hand if I felt any pain at all. He really cares about the patient and does great work. This is my second visit with him and I haven’t had any problems whatsoever as far as my procedures go.
Acela and Osvamy assisted Dr. Gomez in my procedure they both were by my side the whole time making sure I was comfortable and they kept asking me if I was feeling okay.
The three of them made sure I was comfortable and pain free throughout my dental procedure.
They listen to me and answered my questions in a very polite way.
Also the office manager Elisa was very good about explaining my dental treatment and payment options.
She is very nice and caring as well!.
I definetly recommend this place to anybody that’s looking for a responsible, knowledgeable ,nice and
caring team to take care of your dental needs.

Grand Parkway Smiles is one of the best dental offices in Houston. As soon as you walk in you are welcomed by Teresa. She is so friendly and helpful. You don’t have time to sit down because the hygienist calls you back as soon as you check in for your appointment. Absolutely no wait. Dr. Ngo was very professional and knowledgeable. He’s gentle and beyond sufficient. He surpassed my expectations. When you’re done, Magdalena answers all the questions you need answered with a beautiful smile. She takes her time explaining every single detail concerning your dental plan. I highly recommend.

I had my first ever root canal today at Grand Parkway Smiles. Dr. Lin and her assistant tried very hard to make it easy for me and were very professional and also very friendly. I have had two appointments with GPS so far and everyone in their office has been helpful, friendly and courteous. Their pricing is also much better than the previous place I was using. I really like that they do everything in their office and you don’t have to be referred to a specialist at a different location for a root canal procedure. GPS is my new dental group and I do highly recommend them.

Update! I just got my teeth cleaning by Laurel! She’s new and I LOVE her so much! I scheduled a visit with Dr. Gomez to get a second opinion and after he and I spoke, he instantly made me feel comfortable more so than the place I went to before finding GPS. Dr.Gomez and his staff understood the severity of the anxiety I have for any dental visits and was extremely compassionate. The front office staff (I believe the name of the sweet lady in the front is Jasmine) is so sweet and patient with all of my questions regarding payment plan options, etc.

I scheduled my procedure with Dr. Gomez for next Friday, and I will update this review based on the outcome.

Thank you to GPS staff and Dr.Gomez for the wonderful first time experience!

Thank You Jesus🙌🏼 I found this place. On 6/18/24 I had a consultation for getting implants. The office is clean and the staff are nice and professional. I met my dentist, Dr. Gomez. He was very thorough and explaining what needed to be done for my procedure. On 7/27/24 I had surgery for my sinus lift and the staff were so attentive to me before and after the surgery. I have two more procedures to get done for my implants. What I also liked was everything is done there in the office. with the skills and expertise that Dr. Gomez had, I was blessed with a fast recovery after my surgery.

10/10 stars! Dr David Gomez and his team are awesome. I have so many issues with my teeth, and they've always taken a great care of me and been so patient with me. I had a dental emergency last year which required IV antibiotics and a root canal, I was in severe pain. I was seen quickly and Dr David Gomez made sure I was pain free and taken care of until I was able to come in to see Dr Sara Gomez for the root canal. I'm now going through some dental treatment and each time they make sure I'm comfortable and not in pain. I still have a long way to go getting my teeth taken care of, but I trust Dr Gomez and his team to help me get there. I really appreciate everyone at Grand Parkway Smiles, thank each and every one of you!

I just had my dental cleaning earlier this afternoon with Kryssia and it was absolutely fantastic! She’s so great at what she does and you can just tell how much she cares about her patients. She remembers all the details of my prior visits, including anything mentioned, which is simply amazing! The clinic itself is always so clean and organized, and the lady working the reception desk (I didn’t catch her name) was also so pleasant and helpful. My experience here is always positive and today was no exception.

There is not enough stars that I can give to express how satisfied I am with the work that was done on my teeth. Just a year ago, I had a very bad experience with another dental office. My crown felt like a lego block in my mouth and my previous root canal still hurt. I was recommended by a friend to Grand Parkway Smiles and my experience was total night and day! Dr. Gomez and all of the staff at GP Smiles are truly incredible. As a pretty anxious patient who no-showed once out of immense fear, I finally came in to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed which had been causing me pain for years. We chose IV sedation and everyone really stepped up to make sure I felt comfortable and at ease! There were lots of laughs and giggles! Multiple staff from the various parts of the office even stepped in to say hi! It was a party in there! Dr. Gomez and all of the ladies were simply amazing. What an amazing staff! Welcomed with a smile from Sean at the front desk. I had quick in and out consult with Dr. Guo who is very polite and honest about what I needed to take care of myself. I do not have insurance and I felt very comfortable here as they are willing to work with you and make sure you are not paying for something you may not necessarily need. I had to have a dental procedure that could have been a very unpleasant experience but they calmed my fears and anxiety and almost made it fun....almost. I highly recommend this dental practice. From the time I called to make my appointment, to when my procedure was complete, the time frame was quick and simple. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. I was there and before the procedure they took the payment and after that they forget to send my prescription to walgreens and i went there 3 times and i called them several times and the only answer was that doc forget to sign the paper and he is busy.From morning 9.30 till 5.30 pm they didn’t have time.

This place is so clean and well organized inside and the entire staff is so friendly and accommodating. They were aware I did not have insurance and I needed an estimate on my wisdom teeth extraction. I was then given an X-ray of my mouth while a very confident and well spoken dentist broke down what the procedure will include and gave me a referral to an oral surgeon nearby. I was then informed that I did not need to pay anything and the staff was more than helpful directing me towards my next step :) I highly recommend this place if you care about quality service!

I had my wisdoms removed without going under (and like with others) there’s always some uncertainty and anxiety but the staff and nurses over there really made it a smooth experience. They’re very welcoming and supportive and there to answer each and every question. Dr. Gomez hands down a great professional and really cleanly within a min had my teeth removed. If you’re not going under then I’d suggest taking nitrous it does help and calms you down.

I normally book my dental appts at whichever dental office is the closest to me since they pretty much all can get the job done BUT the service I received at this office has changed my way of thinking. I was treated so kindly, the providers that I saw went above & beyond for my care. Jasmine was very personable and it was nice seeing someone at the front actually interact with patients. The entire office staff was professional and so outgoing! Jasmine was so helpful in helping me from start to finish. Dr Gomez was extremely knowledgeable and consulted with another doctor after I had been given a wrongful diagnosis from Lovett Dental and he was able to determine the true prognosis of what I needed and he executed it seamlessly. I was able to get all of the work done that I needed-it was painless, clean and professional. The office played the best music! The entire staff walk you through each step they're doing so well. I loved how they took their time I didn't feel rushed through. I accidentally bit one of the doctors while they were taking X-rays and she was so nice and laughed it off with me -if you're reading this I'm sorry for the accidental bite! I highly recommend this place to kids and adults as they are the best dentist I've ever been to hands down.

I have been going here for about 3 years and have always had a great experience. The staff is extremely professional and especially during the pandemic have always placed the safety of the clients first.

When I had all four wisdom teeth removed the operation went flawlessly. I consider myself lucky because I really only had soreness from the operation. No additional pain from the removed teeth, overall a great job from the team.

I recently started a program with them for braces and have had an awesome experience there as well. Highly recommend.

I had a deep clean about three months ago which I paid almost $300 even after my insurance. I was told at that time that would be necessary at that time but then we could go back to our “normal” cleanings which ate normally covered 100% by insurance. When I go in today I am told this is another “special “ cleaning although not a “ deep” cleaning but also bout a routine cleaning so again pay another $60. That to me seems like a “bait and switch”. Never heard before in all my years I’ve been going to a dentist about this “special” cleaning. It’s either a deep or normal....that’s it! Receptionist was not willing to deal with my questions and surprise so she just asked if I wanted to reschedule....no apologies for the confusion or anything. These health organizations don’t seem to realize that we also have jobs and have to take time off to go to our appointments so it’s not as easy and okay don’t want to deal with you now so let’s go ahead and reschedule! Finally, the dental assistant was very nice that did the cleaning but she was very aggressive with the cleaning. Never had a normal routine cleaning hurt that much. I can deal with that I guess, but the misinformation and bad customer service is a huge disappointment!

I was referred here by a friend. My daughter is 11 months and today was her first time at the dentist. The ladies at the front were super nice and welcomed me when I came in. Everyone had their mask on and seemed to be social distancing. I didn’t really speak to the dentist. He just kinda of came in the room, looked at my daughters teeth and left. I was filling out some paperwork at the time so maybe that’s why? I don’t know. Regardless the assistant helped with all my questions. I interacted with her the majority of the time. She actually answered all of my questions before I could even ask them. She was super sweet with my Zuri. She was very friendly and she is the reason why I will be returning. I don’t remember her name but thanks! I only gave the review three starts because I never got to meet the dentist himself.

I scheduled a visit with Dr. Gomez to get a second opinion and after he and I spoke, he instantly made me feel comfortable more so than the place I went to before finding GPS. Dr.Gomez and his staff understood the severity of the anxiety I have for any dental visits and was extremely compassionate. The front office staff (I believe the name of the sweet lady in the front is Jasmine) is so sweet and patient with all of my questions regarding payment plan options, etc.

I scheduled my procedure with Dr. Gomez for next Friday, and I will update this review based on the outcome.

I went in for a root canal in April. I was told that crowns typically take 2-3 weeks to comeback from the lab but due to COVID, it could be longer. I called one month after my procedure and was told that they were still waiting for the lab and that I would be contacted when everything was ready. I accepted this answer because I know that the affects of COVID can’t be helped. I called back again, 3 months later, and was told that the crowns were NOT sent to the lab at all and that I still need to make an appointment to have them created. The doctor told me they left a huge gap in my teeth but not to worry because it would only be a few weeks and it would be fixed. I spent $6000 on braces five years ago, and because of a HUGE breakdown in communication from this office, my teeth have shifted and my retainer no longer fits. AND the root canal work is still not complete. I am furious and frustrated.

Dr Gomez and his assistant Julie were absolutely great!!! Front desk staff was also very welcoming. When it comes to dentist I’m very picky but they made the process so much easier and explained everything perfectly. They made sure you feel comfortable. Definitely keeping this place

I visited clinic for the first time and felt that team is not professionally courteous to its patients. My wife had severe pain that day and was really expecting root canal to be done - stressed this multiple times while booking the appointment. Instead realized that team was in some form of hurry to postpone it and leave home for 4th July long weekend. Instead of trying to find ways to help my wife relax due to acute gags, recommended to re-schedule after 25 days! You really think patient in pain would wait that long?! I felt like the reviews are simply overated. Sorry but not at all happy the way this whole situation was handled.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Gomez and his team. The quality of service was bar none and the care I received was excellent. I was a new patient and they made every effort to get me in quickly and handled my urgent need the same day. Dr. Gomez explained in great detail everything before I made a decision. I will be making this my family’s dentist for all our needs.

The staff is great! Starting from the moment when you walk in. Super friendly, they seem to really care about their patients and make sure that you understand everything about any procedure you need done. Also they are very clean and following all Covid regulations, they make sure to clean everything immediately after every patient.

Honestly, one of the best dentists in the area. I am by far, a fan of going to the dentist but they make it worth it. The assistants are great, always courteous and really mindful of your needs. I ended up moving the whole family ( 1yr, 5 yr, and 9yr) to them! Even they like them! So if you are looking for quality, and great care...this is it.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Gomez and Dr. Bosse. Surprisingly, after visiting multiple specialists for implants; what I really needed was a caring Dentist. I had a somewhat emergency implant on my front tooth- and after so much research and anxiety about the procedure visiting other Doctors, I was relieved when I finally met with Dr. Bosse & Dr. Gomez. Loved their staff and how they cared for me. Painless, comfortable, pleasant: not my typical words to describe a Dentist. I will always appreciate how they treated us. A million thanks!
